The membership validity period is only applicable to CTF Jewellery Club memberships effective on or after [1^st February 2021].
Please note that members may elect to redeem more than 1 product upon 12 instalments and redeem both jewellery and gold products at the same time, however, the redemption value for redeeming the jewellery and gold products shall be calculated proportionately in accordance with the ratios applicable to the specific membership category. The redemption value shall be the value as stated on the date of joining of membership. For any enquiries in relation to the above redemption, please contact our staff at the time of redemption.
If any of the gifts mentioned above are out of stock, Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Company Limited reserves the right to replace them with other items without any prior notice.
All of the above coupons are subject to the terms provided in the coupons.
The value of pure gold products will be computed on the basis of the gold (sell) price at the date of redemption. Additional commission and labour charge will apply.
Members who have paid all instalments in full and elect to renew their membership at the time of Redemption shall be entitled to “Special gift for members extending their membership”.

Terms and conditions of CTF Jewellery Club:

(The following terms and conditions are only applicable to CTF Jewellery Club memberships effective before [1st February 2021])

General Terms:

Our Company means Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Company Limited.
Redemption/ Redeem means the redeeming of jewellery or pure gold products after the required instalment payments have been made.
Redemption Value means the amount available for Redemption after all required instalments have been paid and such amount shall be the value as stated on the date of joining of membership.
The Jewellery Club membership is not transferrable.
Membership card becomes invalid if it is in any way altered or seriously damaged.
In the event that the membership cards are damaged or lost, members are requested to report the loss or damage to any branch immediately. Valid proofs of identity and payment receipts are required for the issuance of replacement cards.
If members are unable to pay the instalments in full (i.e. failure to make full payment of the 12 instalments) or members terminate their membership at an earlier date, members will only be entitled to redeem jewellery products at the value of the actual total payment amount during the course of the Membership Validity Period and an administration fee will be deducted for the instalment payments made.
Members who have paid 2 instalments will be eligible to join our gatherings and activities at a discounted price on a first-come first-served basis.
Jewellery Club membership applies to all Chow Tai Fook retail branches in Hong Kong and Macau only (excluding the retail branches at the Hong Kong International Airport, Sogo Hong Kong Co. Ltd., and Hong Kong Disneyland Resort).
Members can elect to renew their membership after all instalments have been paid for their existing membership. Members who elect to renew their membership at the time of Redemption shall be entitled to “Special Gifts for Members Extending Their Membership”. Please note that if members elect to renew their membership after Redemption, they shall not be entitled to “Special Gifts for Members Extending Their Membership”.
All description of special discounts, gifts and/or coupons are for references only. The style and design of the gifts are subject to availability, members may not choose, exchange or object to any of the special discounts, gifts and/or coupons. Our Company shall have the sole discretion in relation to resolving disputes arising from the redemption of any of the special discounts, gifts and/or coupon. Our Company reserves the right to cancel any special discounts and/or cease any distribution of gifts and coupons.
Coupons are invalid and will not be re-issued if, in our Company's absolute sole discretion, they are defaced or damaged.

Terms for instalment payments:

Members are required to make instalment payment on or before last calendar day of each month in person at any of the Chow Tai Fook branches in Hong Kong and Macau only (excluding branches at the Hong Kong International Airport, Sogo Hong Kong Co. Ltd., and Hong Kong Disneyland Resort). Receipts of instalment payments will be issued by the relevant branch upon payment.
If members default in making payments for 3 months or more, the membership will be deemed to be terminated and he/she is only entitled to redeem jewellery products at the value of the actual total payment of instalments. An administration fee will be deducted. Members must pay all instalments in full within 15 months in order to make Redemptions at the Redemption Value.
Only cash or EPS payments are accepted for instalment payments.
Members must present their membership cards or state their name and registered telephone number when making instalment payments for verification of their identity.
It is the member's responsibility to check immediately the instalment amount paid during the instalment period and shall keep the receipts for record. Our Company is not responsible for any disputes thereafter.
No refund can be made after instalment payments have been made.

Terms for redemption:

After 12 months of instalments have been fully paid, members must redeem jewellery items in person at any one of the Chow Tai Fook branches in Hong Kong and Macau only (excluding branches at the Hong Kong International Airport, and Hong Kong Disneyland Resort) by presenting valid proofs of identity, membership card and instalment payment receipt of the 12^thinstalment.
Members must use the Redemption Value in one transaction and the value of the jewellery products/ pure gold products which members intend to redeem must be greater than the value of the actual total payment of instalment, any remaining balance of the Redemption Value shall be forfeited and not be refunded. If members choose products with a value higher than the Redemption Value of their membership, they shall pay the outstanding balance for the products after the deduction of the Redemption Value.
The redemption amount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, including Chow Tai Fook membership shopping offers, coupons, and other joint promotions etc..
No Redemptions can be made during Mega-sale periods and/or CTF promotional periods.
Jewellery products: Only the “fixed price” range of jewellery products including Gem-set Jewellery, Karat Gold, PT950 Platinum, Fixed-price Gold, Silver products (except watches and discounted items) are available for Redemption.
Gold products: Only the pure gold products (except gold nugget, gold bars and fixed price pure gold products) calculated on the basis of the gold selling price at the time of Redemption (additional commission and labour charge will apply) are available for Redemption.
If members wish to sell their Redeemed jewellery items/ pure gold products, they will be subject to the “Chow Tai Fook's Guidelines for Buyback”.
If members wish to make Redemptions at an earlier date, members must pay all 12 instalments in full and such early Redemption can only be made from the 7th month of the membership onwards.
If members have not paid all instalments but wish to make Redemptions, members may only Redeem jewellery products at the value of the actual total payment. An administration fee will also be deducted.

Others:

The books and records kept by our Company shall constitute conclusive evidence of any facts or events relied upon by our Company in accordance with any payment into the membership, any Redemption, or any dealings in relation to the membership for the CTF Jewellery Club.
Our Company reserves the right to take the following measures at any time, if necessary, whether with or without notice or provision of any reasons: (i) to exchange or replace all or part of the special discounts, gifts and/or coupons with items of similar value; and/or (ii) to amend or supplement these terms and conditions and/ or cancel, cease, or terminate the membership of CTF Jewellery Club. In the event of any inconsistencies between these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions as set out on the Company’s website () will prevail, unless specifically stated otherwise.
Our Company will collect, use, disclose or transfer members’ personal data in accordance with the Privacy Statement published on our website at www.chowtaifook.com.
In the event of death of a member, our Company reserves the right to request his/her beneficiary to provide wills and/or other relevant documents for verification purpose and the beneficiary shall comply with our Company’s related procedure to complete the transfer authorization process.
By submitting an application form, each member represents, warrants, and undertakes to our Company that: (i) the member has provided, or will provide, as and when required by these terms and conditions, to our Company all information and details required by these terms and conditions and by our Company; (ii) all information and details provided by the member to our Company is and will at all times, be correct, complete and current (unless an application is rejected, in which case the obligation to update the information and details shall cease); and (iii) the member has read, understood, will comply with, and has the power and authority and legal right to agree to, all of these terms and conditions.
In case of any dispute, our Company reserves the right of final decision.
In case of any discrepancies between the Chinese version and English version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. All disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved in Hong Kong courts.

Terms and conditions of CTF Jewellery Club:

(The following terms and conditions are only applicable to CTF Jewellery Club memberships effective on or after [1st February 2021])

General Terms:

Our Company means Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Company Limited.
Redemption/ Redeem means the redeeming of jewellery or pure gold products after the required instalment payments have been made.
Redemption Value means the amount available for Redemption after all required instalments have been paid and such amount shall be the value as stated on the date of joining of membership.
Membership Validity Period means the period of ten years commencing from the date of joining the Jewellery Club membership, which shall expire on the Membership Expiration Date.
Membership Expiration Date means the last day of the Membership Validity Period, namely the last day of the membership expiration month as shown on the membership card.
The Jewelley Club membership will be automatically terminated on the Membership Expiration Date. Members must make Redemptions within the Membership Validity Period. If a member does not make any Redemptions on the Membership Expiration Date, it is deemed that such member has automatically waived all of the instalment payments of such membership and the rights of the Redemption, all instalment payments will be forfeited, and such member cannot withdraw any of its instalment payment.
Any individual aged 18 or above who hold Hong Kong identification document is eligible to apply for joining the Jewellery Club membership.
The Jewellery Club membership is not transferrable.
